The Flank Steak is lean and boneless.  Perfect for fajitas, marinated and grilled or sliced for stir fry. Appox. 1.5 lbs. pkg. Perfect for fajitas. Grill it whole then slice it against the grain right before serving. It's a beautifully flavorful cut best marinated and not over-cooked on the grill.
