Picanha (Top Sirloin Cap) is a Brazilian delicacy and hard to find in the USA. It can be roasted whole,or cut into steaks. We leave the fat cap intact so you can trim to your liking. Traditional "Picanha" is produced by cutting steaks, with the grain, from the center of the cap and leaving the outer layer of fat on throughout cooking. Delicioso!
